YOUTH CLUB
Impact City FC is a Nike Premier club with youth teams competing in some of the best leagues and tournaments in the country. Our coaches are licensed through the U.S. Soccer Federation and administer a carefully designed age specific soccer curriculum focusing on physical, technical, tacticial, and psychological development of every player.Â
Beyond soccer, our youth teams serve as an environment to help today’s players become tomorrow’s leaders who serve their city and change the world. Each coach serves as a Christian role model for young players caring for their spiritual development and delivering our age specific Team Talk curriculum at every practice. Team Talks connect the game to spiritual leadership principles with practical application for daily living.Â

MEET OUR COACHES
Erick Ocampo // Director of Coaching // Eocampo@impactcityfc.com
Ocampo comes to Impact City FC after coaching at Missouri Baptist University and interning in Team Operations with Saint Louis FC. As a player he captained the team at Missouri Baptist University as an Academic All-American, and played in the Professional Development League advancing to the US Open Cup. Born to a Colombian family and growing up in Miami, Erick is fluent in English as well as Spanish. Ocampo’s wife Mackenzie coaches in the club, and they reside in Wentzville, MO. Both are active volunteers in the youth ministry at Morning Star Church.
Ian McReynolds // Goalkeeping Coach
McReynolds is in his fourth year on the Maryville University Women’s Coaching Staff, and has youth coaching experience with St. Louis Scott Gallagher. Ian grew up in Florissant, MO and played college soccer at Webster University, as well is in the Professional Development League with the St. Louis Lions.

Emmanuel played professionally with the St. Louis Ambush, and coached collegiately at Lindenwood University prior to coaching at Impact City FC. He will continue to coach, and in his new role assume full responsibility of leading our Juniors Academy, After School, and CityReach programs.Â

Christy brings an incredible heart and the right skill set to keep us moving forward. She has a background in Marketing and Events around the city, including a few projects with the St. Louis Cardinals. Christy will keep things organized, grow awareness of ICFC in the community, and work alongside others to ensure ICFC events are a success.Â
