As the Director of Coaching, Jean oversees all club operations here in South Florida. Jean captained the Haitian National Team for over a decade, while playing for Real Salt Lake, San Jose Earthquakes, Orlando City, and several clubs in the top divisions of Malaysia and Taiwan. Since retirement, he has jumped into coaching with South Florida Football Academy leading the U12 and U17 MLS Next boys teams.

Jean has a sincere heart for people and believes his calling is to maximize the God-given potential of others through the game of soccer. He also acts as our International Sporting Director enhancing our club philosophy and player development pathway in the United States, and expanding our reach internationally.

As the Director of Coaching, Erick oversees all club operations here in St. Louis. He comes to Impact City FC after coaching at Missouri Baptist University and interning in Team Operations with Saint Louis FC. As a player, he captained the team at Missouri Baptist University, and received Academic All-American honors. Now, he even spearheads our Impact City FC St. Louis men’s team, who have won multiple local tournaments!

But more than soccer, Erick loves the Lord, and is a man of kindness and thoughtfulness – always making people feel special and loved. He has been serving on staff for over 3 years and longs to see the next generation of children equipped with the tools they need to succeed – namely the gospel of Jesus Christ and biblical life and leadership principles.

Erick was born in Miami to a Colombian family and is fluent in English as well as Spanish. His wife Mackenzie also coaches in the club, and they reside in Wentzville, MO with their son Beckham. As the Director of Coaching, Nic oversees all club operations and programs here in Charleston. Nic grew up playing football in England for local academy teams and has earned UEFA and USSF C coaching licenses and coached with the New York Red Bulls Academy affiliate in the states. He has spent the past 15+ years pastoring in the local church.

Nic, however, realized that soccer is an exceptional pathway to reach people, and can help people grow in character, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills. He felt that Impact City was the perfect place to combine soccer, christ-centered leadership development, and his pastoral experience.

Director of Coaching

As the Director of Coaching, Nikita oversees all club operations here in Indianapolis. He got involved with Impact City FC as a coach in our St. Louis location after living in Mexico as a missionary. As a player, he was an All-American in high school and earned a full scholarship to Indiana University where he went on to score the game-winning goal in the 2012 National Championship game. He was drafted to play professionally by the Portland Timbers and last played for Mosta F.C. in the Maltese Premier League, where he was the club’s leading goal scorer before COVID-19 suspended the rest of the season.

In between the beginning and end of his professional soccer career, Nikita became a born-again Christian and went to Discipleship Training School through Youth With a Mission to seek His Kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). He also went through the Discipleship Bible School and led numerous outreach teams in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving various Children ministries in Tijuana, Mexico. Above all else, he aims to illuminate the Father Heart of God and see the next generation of children live out their God-given identities to excel in their lives.

Nikita was born in Russia and moved to the United States when he was five years old but grew up in Indianapolis where he attended North Central High School. He met his wife (Claire) in Mexico serving her outreach team and they have one son Jonathan (Jonny). As the Director of Coaching, Chandler oversees all club programs and operations here in Salt Lake City. Chandler played soccer his whole life, and his dreams were realized when he signed to play in the MLS. He played professionally for 11 seasons with the likes of the Philadelphia Union, LA Galaxy, Houston Dynamo and the Real Monarchs in Salt Lake City, scoring 90+ career goals. Playing with stars like Robbie Keane, Landon Donovan, and DaMarcus Beasley, Chandler has been around some of the highest levels of soccer.


As his career came to an end Chandler knew he wanted to combine his love for God with his love for soccer, but didn’t know how, until he found Impact City. He knew God was calling him to come make a difference here. He is passionate about training up the next generation in the ways of Jesus and showing them what it looks like to have a coach who is not just a soccer expert, but also godly, kind, loving, and challenging!

Chandler grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and has lived all over the United states. He and his wife Julianna are excited to have returned to Salt Lake City, where they have deep family roots and history. They both love gelato and spending time in the outdoors. As the Program Coordinator, Emmanuel (or Manny as we call him), oversees Juniors Academy, After School Programs, and CityReach. He played college soccer at Southern Wesleyan University, professionally for the St. Louis Ambush and then coached collegiately at Lindenwood University.

Manny is a strong man of God who is excellent at understanding and teaching the Bible. He also has a beautiful heart for Children, and is gifted at bringing the best out of them both as leaders and as soccer players. Manny’s passion is contagious, and his work ethic is second to none. Being around Manny makes all of us better, and he helps makes Impact City FC a better place.

As the Program Coordinator and Marketing and Development Coordinator, Sam oversees our Juniors Academy (4-7 year olds), Technical Training, After School, and CityReach programs as well as telling our story and getting more people involved here in Charleston. Sam played soccer from as soon as he could walk in many different expressions from cub scouts to elementary and high school, to Sunday league, five-a-side adult leagues, and rec games. Growing up close to North London he has been a lifelong Arsenal FC, and has had the privilege of going to many games!

For the past 7-8 years Sam has been a professional in creative ministry. After completing ministry school in California, he has been a youth and young adult pastor in the UK and USA. Sam believes that Jesus loves humanity and his heart is to see that love impact and transform the world. He is gifted in communication, inspiration, and seeing individuals walk in the wholeness Jesus offers.

He was born in the UK and grew up just outside of north London in a town called Bishops Stortford. In his free time, he loves watching Arsenal play, playing golf, and enjoying his passion of playing the drums.

As the Program Coordinator, Heitor will oversee our Juniors Academy (4-7 year olds), Technical Training, After School, and CityReach programs. Heitor grew up in Brazil, and played professional soccer in Brazil, Spain, and Poland before coming to the U.S. It was here that he discovered his passion for coaching, both collegiately and professionally. He was the Assistant Coach for the L.A. Force, before moving to Salt Lake City to work with Impact City FC.

Heitor is a genuinely kind man, with an exceptional soccer background. He believes he was created to play and coach soccer, but to use it for something bigger than himself – God’s glory. Heitor truly wants to use the game to make an eternal impact!

As the Club Administrator, Kiersten oversees the organization of our teams and events here in Salt Lake City. Her soccer career began on a rec team coached by her mom at the age of 5 and peaked as the captain of her high school girl’s team. But playing soccer and being part of a team are Kiersten’s favorite and most fun memories from my childhood. She is happy to be able to help facilitate that same experience for new families and the upcoming generation of players in Salt Lake City. She enjoyed a career as a nurse before becoming a mom and has cherished being home with her kids full-time since then.

Since discovering Impact City FC through a flier at her sons’ elementary school, she have felt like God is up to something great in Salt Lake City! Kiersten loves soccer, kids, and Jesus! She believes Impact City FC is the perfect opportunity for her to combine these passions and show love to the neighbors in our local Salt Lake City community. Kiersten is naturally compassionate and kind and finds joy in serving others.

Kiersten is originally from Bend, OR. Her family has lived in Salt Lake City for 10 years and hopes to never leave the hidden gem! They have two young boys who play for ICFC, and when she is not in a car driving someone to practice or on the sidelines of a soccer field, she loves to do anything active, adventurous, and outside! She especially loves long runs with her dog and hiking trails in the Utah mountains.

As the Program Coordinator, Luiz oversees our Juniors Academy (4-7 year olds), After School, and CityReach programs. Luiz grew up playing soccer in Brazil before playing professionally in Brazil and Mexico. He has been coaching for seven years, including time at a residency academy in charge of the U17 and U19 teams. He has also worked hard to create his own personal training business and has a variety of experience in youth and adult coaching.

Luiz is passionate about his role at Impact City because his connection with God came through soccer. God used soccer to heal him from a trying childhood. He loves Impact City because it goes beyond the game of soccer, allowing him to teach players how to be leaders, and give back the healing he received through the game.

As the Club Administrator, Christy Schlautman oversees the organization of our teams and events here in St. Louis. Christy has a background in Marketing and Events around the city. An avid Soccer mom, her kids play for our teams here in St. Louis, and she is highly involved in our club activities.

Christy is a kind and genuine soul and always sees the best in people, Our club would not be the same without Christy, her ability to get things done and keep everything organized is second to none.

As the Club Administrator, Alicia (ah-lee-see-ah), oversees the organization of our teams and events here in Charleston. Alicia started playing soccer at age 9 and joined the army at 18 to continue her playing career. While deployed around the world, she found ways to play the beautiful game wherever she went. Alicia served an Army Medic for 10 years, but now calls mother and coach her proudest titles.

Coaching youth soccer for the past 12 years, Alicia has shifted her focus from her own playing career towards the next generation, as she loves developing and mentoring young players. Alicia was Born in Wahiawa, HI and grew up in Central California. She is now a soon to be mother of nine kids and is excited to continue to be a mom and coach for many years to come.

As the Program Coordinator at the Daybreak site, Daniel oversees our Juniors Academy (4-7 year olds), Technical Training, After School, and CityReach programs. Daniel played a few seasons of soccer as a kid, but really grew to love the game as an adult. He worked for the railroad for 11+ years, with the last few years as Trainmaster. Daniel then began to get I started with Impact City last summer, volunteering to help, before becoming a trainer and eventually a team coach for his daughter’s 2015 ICFC girls team!

Daniel has a gift of teaching, and has preached multiple sermons at his church in California over the years. His favorite thing about coaching at Impact City is sharing the team talks (devotionals) with the players. Daniel felt a call from God to go beyond his work at the railroad, and into some sort of ministry. That call has brought him to Impact City FC as a Program Coodinator, as he continues to trust God’s leading.

Born and raised in Californi, Daniel moved to Utah in 2021 to take a promotion with the railroad, essentially trading proximity to his family in California, for his wife’s family in Utah. He has raced go-karts on and off over the last 20 years, and loves the mountains for snowboarding in winter and for hiking in summer.

As the Marketing and Development Coordinator, Jamie oversees telling our story and getting more people involved here in St. Louis. Jamie has served in the ministry of Cru for the past 16 years, moving to Jesus Film Project in 2014. She helped lead Jesus Film Project’s rebranding efforts, served as a brand strategist for the ministry, and also as the director of Global Mobilization. Jamie is currently working on her Master of Arts in Global Evangelism and Organizational Leadership through Wheaton College and leads Jesus Film Projects global strategy efforts in addition to her efforts with Impact City.

Jamie has three children who represent ICFC with the 2013 Boys, 2015 girls a future 2020 girls Jr Academy player! She enjoys serving in ministry with her husband, hosting dinner parties and has a small obsession with reading cookbooks in her spare time. She is excited about helping see players and families know and grow in Jesus through Impact City!

As the Marketing and Development Coordinator, Ruben oversees telling our story and getting more people involved here in Salt Lake City. Ruben is originally from Puerto Rico, where his love for soccer was cultivated from a young age. Transitioning from playing to coaching, he has embraced is inaugural year as a club soccer coach after two fulfilling years at RSL Academy camps. He is currently pursuing a marketing degree, and his fascination lies in the realm of social media marketing, where I’ve long nurtured a passion for strategic communication.

Ruben has followed the Lord for most of my life and been blessed with the opportunity to run kid’s church and be a high school youth leader where he gets to preach and share the word. Born and raised in Puerto Rico with my mom, my step dad and I have 9 year old sister. In his free time you can catch him fishing. He is very extroverted and loves meeting new people and hanging out with his friends.

As the Club Admin, Jerica oversees the organization of our teams and events here in Indianapolis.

Jerica went to YWAM after high school and engaged in missions training and outreach to Thailand. Although she doesn’t have any soccer playing experience, and will openly point out that she “doesn’t know a lick about soccer”,  she did end up marrying a former pro soccer player!

She is sold out to God, and he is her number one priority in life. Jerica desires to see people saved, healed, and finding true freedom in Christ. She uses her gifts of piano and singing to minister to God and to also teach others how to worship. Raised in Middlebury, Indiana, Jerica is now married and has two beautiful daughters. You can find her on long walks or bike rides with her family, as she loves doing anything outdoors.

As the Director of Coaching, Jean-Michaël oversees all club operations here in Cap-Haitien. He has always loved the game and been an excellent footballer. He was even given the nickname “Kaka”, as he played for various schools, his university, and his locality in the 3rd division.

Jean-Michael came to know Christ at a young age and has always had a natural sense of leadership and responsibility. He has coached youth soccer, received a degree in administrative sciences, led the Choir his Church, and participated in several soccer seminars. He was introduced to Impact City through our Impact Coaching Academy Training course we did in Haiti, and his dreams and skills aligned perfectly for him to serve as our Director of Coaching.

He was born in Borgne, Haiti, and is married to the woman of his dreams, Eve, with whom they recently had their first son, Jean-Léandro. As the Club Admin, Benscheley oversees the organization of our teams and events here in Cap-Haitien. He created his own Soccer Ministry helping people learn about the love of Jesus, and now contributes his love for the sport to Impact City’s operations in Cap-Haitien.

From a young age, Benscheley was touched by the story in the Bible of the shepherd going after his lost sheep, which inspired him to give his life to Christ. He now leads the youth at his Church and has been coaching younger players for several years. He attended our Impact Coaching Academy Training course a few years ago and is excited to now train young people in soccer and the ways of Jesus through Impact City FC Cap-Haitien.

He was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti but moved to Cap-Haitien soon after. Out of college Aaron signed a professional soccer contract with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL. During his playing career his heart for people moved him to action in the philanthropic world where he developed an inner-city soccer ministry, served as the chairman of the board for a local non-profit, and traveled extensively across the world transforming lives through the universal language of soccer.

Since that time Aaron has held coaching positions at Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach Atlantic University and Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Prior to founding Impact City FC he spent a decade pastoring in the local church. Aaron is the author of Today vol. 1 and holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He and his wife Lauryn have three kids and reside in South Florida.

Jean had a decorated soccer career spanning over a decade, where he won the MLS cup, captained the Haitian National Team for 8 years, and played in the MLS for the likes of Real Salt Lake, San Jose Earthquakes, Orlando City SC, before finishing his career in the top divisions of Malaysia and Taiwan. After his retirement, he jumped into coaching at the MLS next level with South Florida Football Academy. He has since joined our staff full-time, aiming to enhance our soccer and ministry product and expand our player pathway and reach both nationally and internationally.

Jean has a sincere heart for people and believes his calling is to maximize the God-given potential of others through the game of soccer. He is currently getting his USSF A license and is specially positioned to help our national technical staff embody exceptional care and remarkable quality.

Renée teamed up with Impact City FC in 2022 starting as executive assistant and transitioning to Operations Director in 2023. Before working with Impact City FC, Renée left her career in finance and investments to help businesses and organizations grow and develop systems that last. She's worked with clients in insurance, non-profits, construction, and more for over a decade, always finding ways to organize chaos, develop systems, and create solutions.

Renée's faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of her work, guiding her decisions and actions and creating a life rooted in scripture and authenticity. Renée’s commitment to integrity and transparency creates a culture of trust and respect within the organization, always seeking to uplift and empower the teams she serves. Renée lives in South Florida with her family and enjoys sun, sand, and singing.

Luke grew up playing soccer his whole life, playing for the Colorado Rapids Academy and going on to have a fruitful college career. He received a Master’s of arts in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University, while working as a graphic designer for their Marketing Department. Throughout this time he was continuing to discover and develop his passion for design and creativity and now uses those skills to help Impact City FC tell their story.

Luke loves proclaiming the story of the gospel in any way he can and seeing those around him touched by the beauty of who God is. He currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, enjoys a nice game of tennis, and can be found snapping photos of local attractions in his free time.

Jaelene Daniels serves as our Development Director. She had a decorated soccer career, being drafted as the 7th overall pick in the NWSL, playing 7 seasons, finishing as a three-time NWSL champion, while also garnering 8 United States Women’s National Team Caps over 3 years. Perhaps one of her greatest accomplishments was being ranked in the top 100 women’s soccer players in the world.

More than that though, she has a massive heart to use the game that changed her life as a tool to reach the next generation. As the Development Director, she oversees our initiative to build a home-field in every ICFC location across the country, and seeks to build relationships with those looking to advance the kingdom through soccer.

Jim played college and semi-professional soccer in Mississippi, Illinois, France and Canada, before transitioning to a 20-year career in management consulting and financial management in the healthcare and CPG industries. During his career, Jim helped healthcare organizations around the world manage over 18 billion in revenues. In his last role, he had responsibility for Digital Transformation for the healthcare division of Genpact.  He has also held roles in Morgan Stanley, Tenet Health Systems, Community Health Systems, Perot Systems, and Dell Technologies.

In 2019, Jim felt God calling him out of the business world to pursue ministry opportunities. He is now the chaplain for St. Louis City SC and a leader in his local church. He believes his calling is to use his financial management tools for the Kingdom. Jim is also a trained performance coach and uses this skill set to disciple Christians into a growing relationship with Jesus. His goal is to see people allow God to love them, so they can spread God’s love.

He lives in St. Louis, MO, and has 3 kids with his wife Brooke.  He enjoys Chelsea FC and St. Louis City SC, Buffalo Bills football, and Mexican food.
