As the Director of Coaching, Brian oversees all club operations and programs here in South Florida. Before joining Impact City FC, Galvin coached 16 seasons of NCAA Division I and I men’s and women’s college soccer. In 2018, he coached Barry University to the NCAA DII Men’s Soccer National Championship along with being named NCAA National Coaching Staff of the Year. Prior to collegiate coaching, Galvin was part of the coaching staff for the Columbus Crew U16 and U18 USSDA teams. Galvin played Division I college soccer at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas and holds a United Soccer Coaches Advanced National License.
Brian is passionate about sharing the gospel through soccer, and using the game for something more than just wins and losses. He has been on several soccer missions trips, and is gifted at training coaches in soccer ministry.

As the Club Administrator, Jen oversees the organization of our teams and events here in South Florida. Jen played a total of one year of soccer in middle school and determined she was a much better cheerleader. She eventually entered the medical field and as a mom, her kids have become her entire world.
Jen loves when the Lord uses something unique to reach His kids, and believes that is exactly what He’s doing with Impact City FC. She loves watching how the sport of soccer is the open door to be able to teach kids so much more, as her heart has always been for kids! Working at Impact City FC enables her to not only watch her kids play for the club, but also to watch the Lord do a greater work in the lives of these kids off the field as well.
She was born and raised in New York. Jen moved to Pennsylvania in 2003 and worked in ministry. Her family then relocated to Florida and now she never wants to leave the sunshine! She is married and has three kids that keep her on her toes. Jen’s favorite thing to do is to get lost in a good book, with bonus points if she is sitting on the beach!

As the Marketing and Development Coordinator, Jessica oversees telling our story and getting more people involved here in South Florida. Jessica is an official soccer Mom of three boys, 14, 12, and 6 years old. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Communications, and Performance Management and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Systems design. She comes to us with several years of experience as an entrepreneur, educator, and business coach, and is passionate about optimizing client services at scale so when business is good, everyone wins!
God has blessed her richly with three sons. She is humbled every day that God chose her to be their mom. In reverence for that, she has chosen to dedicate her time and talents that God gave her to Impact City, so that her contribution will have an impact in an organization so focused on bringing up the next generation of leaders with Godly character through the sport of soccer.
Jessica was born in Delray Beach, Florida and has 3 sons, Caleb (14), Justice (12), and Austin (6), and two Dogs: Hobbs and Izzy. They live in an RV fulltime preparing to take their first cross country road trip in the Summer 2024. They love being outside and exploring all the gems in God’s creation!
