As the Director of Coaching, Jean oversees all club operations here in South Florida. Jean captained the Haitian National Team for over a decade, while playing for Real Salt Lake, San Jose Earthquakes, Orlando City, and several clubs in the top divisions of Malaysia and Taiwan. Since retirement, he has jumped into coaching with South Florida Football Academy leading the U12 and U17 MLS Next boys teams.
Jean has a sincere heart for people and believes his calling is to maximize the God-given potential of others through the game of soccer. He also acts as our International Sporting Director enhancing our club philosophy and player development pathway in the United States, and expanding our reach internationally.

As the Club Administrator, Jen oversees the organization of our teams and events here in South Florida. Jen played a total of one year of soccer in middle school and determined she was a much better cheerleader. She eventually entered the medical field and as a mom, her kids have become her entire world.
Jen loves when the Lord uses something unique to reach His kids, and believes that is exactly what He’s doing with Impact City FC. She loves watching how the sport of soccer is the open door to be able to teach kids so much more, as her heart has always been for kids! Working at Impact City FC enables her to not only watch her kids play for the club, but also to watch the Lord do a greater work in the lives of these kids off the field as well.
She was born and raised in New York. Jen moved to Pennsylvania in 2003 and worked in ministry. Her family then relocated to Florida and now she never wants to leave the sunshine! She is married and has three kids that keep her on her toes. Jen’s favorite thing to do is to get lost in a good book, with bonus points if she is sitting on the beach!

As the Marketing and Development Coordinator, Cara oversees telling our story and getting more people involved here in South Florida. Cara grew up in a soccer family, and her two brothers played soccer every year of their lives growing up. So she authentically appreciates the beauty of soccer and the way it can grow an individual and a community.
Cara is also passionate about ministry and seeing people discipled to grow into all that the Lord created them to be. This comes from her deep love and relationship with Jesus. Her desire is that all people would know Him intimately and through that knowledge to know themselves and step into their unique callings.
